Within the field of our real estate development projects, we perform management consultancy and full range project management. In the preparatory phase, we support the decision making of our clients inter alia by making detailed calculations on which investment may yield in the expected profit. In addition to that, we manage the full implementation of real estate development projects via our own reliable professional staff and co-operative partners ensuring high quality implementation (from technical inspectors to sales specialists).
Our management activities in 8 steps:
1. Identifying projects based on demands defined by the investor
2. Preparation of business plan to facilitate decision making (feasibility study, financial plan, risk analysis)
3. Managing the project by our own partners and experts (designer, technical inspector, sales team, tax consultant, accountant, legal representative), tendering contractors
4. Cash flow management – agreement with the general contractor (creating balance of financing and own contribution)
5. Continuous monitoring of the project, reports
6. Completion of the project – providing appropriate guarantees to the clients via the general contractor
7. Financial closure, technical closure
