During due diligence, we quantify saving and efficiency options. We also evaluate procurement procedures and make suggestions for development and optimisation. We analyse the actual spending structure of the client including the distribution of spending according to suppliers and the quality of contracts made. We perform thorough data comparison and analysis. As a result, we make proposals to amend or re-negotiate contracts, and to launch selection procedures.
